Of the 52 weeks in a calendar year the next two are the slowest weeks in the gym and everywhere else related to training. After Labor Day things not only get back to normal, they accelerate fast.
So I thought we’d try something different this week and build a comment thread that has some of the tips and tricks that Static Contraction and Power Factor trainees are using with success. Over time, I’m hoping we get hundred of comments and replies that serve as a resource for people looking to bust through a plateau, save some time, avoid aches and injuries, etc.
So if you have a tactic that has helped you during your years of training we would all appreciate you telling us about it.
